When SHOULD WE book you?

If I have your date left open, it’s yours! I typically book out 12-18 months in advance, so the sooner the better! It’s never too early to check dates and availability. If you’re considering several dates or if you have some flexibility in your date, be sure to let us know and we may offer some alternatives if your date is already taken.

Do you travel?

DUH. My passport is always up to date and ready. I am a destination wedding and elopement photographer and traveling is my jam. Located in the PNW (Richland, WA), I  love to adventure, explore, and wherever you want to go, I'm already in. Up to travel for your Engagement session? I'M ALSO IN. Ask me about my favorite travel locations or tell me about your special place. Let's go where your love story started, where he proposed, where you spent your first summer together. I can get beautiful photos of the  two of you anywhere. Wherever has meaning to you, I vote we go THERE.

How do we book you?

After we’ve checked your wedding date, let me know what package, (or how many hours you would like me covering your wedding and any add-ons you want to include) and , I will send over a formal proposal. If everything looks good, make your package selections, and once you’re finished, an electronic contract and invoice will be automatically generated. To reserve your date, sign the electronic contract complete the retainer on the invoice. BOOM. We’re official!

THEN WHAT HAPPENS?

After your date is booked, do a little dance. Wedding planning can be stressful, so it's time to take a minute to RELAX and have some fun - get back to celebrating the two of you.. You will receive a booking confirmation with a unique link and login to your very own client portal, where you can view your electronic booking documents at any time, and complete a wedding day questionnaire to help us begin preparing for your day.  Make sure to schedule your engagement session (and any boudoir, bridal, or trash the dress sessions you included), and then keep an eye out for my wedding guide. This will be a complete set of information on what to expect, suggested timelines, a breakdown and explanation of all of the parts and pieces of the wedding day, and planning tips and reminders to help prepare for your big day. Lastly, let me know if there is anything I can help with during the planning process, and most importantly don't forget to enjoy each other through the whole process.

How many hours of coverage do I need?

My standard recommendation is 7-8 hours, but every wedding is different. During our consultation, we will review the details of your day and a complimentary timeline is put together and included in your collection.

How do we receive our photos, and how many do we get?

We deliver around 50 images per hour of coverage, so for an 8 hour wedding, you should expect to receive around 400 images! I do not limit the number of photographs you receive, and will share the full set of edited, high resolution images in a customized personal online gallery. This gallery can be shared with your family and friends, where you can all download, share, or order prints and albums as you wish. Your gallery also includes a full print release form if you choose to order from another company who requires a signed release before ordering.

Can we post our photos on social media?

Of course! You have the full rights to share your images and may share wherever and however for whoever you’d like, on a personal basis. And if you give me a holla when you share it, I’d be tickled pink.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

A minimum $500 retainer is due to reserve and book your date. This amount goes towards your package total! 50% of your remaining balance is due 60 days after your booking date, and your final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date. My invoicing is automated and electronic, so you will receive your invoice immediately upon booking, and will receive auto-reminders when your payments are coming up. Payments can be made by Venmo, directly on your invoice via debit/credit, or electronic bank transfer, or by manually mailing a check.
