HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET, AND HOW DO WE GET THEM?

On average we deliver 35-50 images per hour of coverage, so for an 8 hour wedding, you should expect to receive around 400 images. I do not limit the number of photographs you receive, and will deliver a full set of unlimited, fully edited, high resolution images from your wedding day. I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery.  Your collection includes the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want, in both high resolution and social media sizes.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

If I still have your date left open, book it now! I typically book out 12-18 months in advance, so the sooner the better! It’s never too early to check dates and availability. If you’re considering several dates or if you have some flexibility in your date (maybe a Friday or a Sunday, or even a weekday wedding?), be sure to let us know so we may offer some alternatives if your date is already taken!

Do you travel?

My passport is always up to date and ready. I am a destination wedding & elopement photographer - traveling is my jam. Located in the PNW (Richland, WA), I  love to adventure, explore, and wherever you want to go, I’m ready to pack my bags. Up to travel for your Engagement or "After" session? I’M ALSO IN. Ask me about my favorite travel locations or tell me about your special place.

Can we post our photos on social media?

Of course! You have the full rights to share your images and may share wherever and however for whoever you’d like, on a personal basis. And if you give me a holla when you share it, I’d be tickled pink.

How do we book you?

After we’ve checked your wedding date, let’s chat through the details of your day to determine what package (how many hours you would like me covering your wedding and which other sessions (engagement, “After” the wedding session, boudoir, bridal, etc.) and discuss any other add-ons you want to include) to create your perfect package. After we’ve gotten to know each other, and determined we are a good fit, I will send over a copy of my electronic booking documents for your review. Once your electronic contract is e-signed and your invoice retainer payment received, we are official, and your wedding date is secured!

How many hours of coverage do I need?

My standard recommendation is 7-8 hours, but every wedding is different. During our consultation, we will chat through the details of your day and discuss how much coverage is recommended for your wedding day.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

A flat $500 retainer is due to reserve and book your wedding date, regardless of the wedding collection you choose. This amount goes towards your package total. 50% of your remaining balance is due 30 days after your booking date, and your final balance is due at least 90 days prior to your wedding date. Payments can be made on your electronic invoice with no fee via credit or debit card, or ACH bank transfer. My invoicing is completely electronic and accessible anytime via email and your client portal, so you will receive invoice updates automatically upon booking, and will receive e-mail reminders when your payments are coming up.

Can I see a full wedding gallery?

SURE! Here you go: Full day wedding gallery

Visit The Journal for more recently featured portrait, wedding, and elopement galleries! During our consultation, we can always review additional client galleries together, as well as recent engagement, bridal, boudoir, and “After” sessions.

WE JUST BOOKED YOU! WHAT NEXT?

After your date is secured, do a little dance. Wedding planning can be stressful, so it's time to take a minute to RELAX knowing your venue and photographer are secured, and have some fun - get back to celebrating the two of you. You will receive a booking confirmation with a unique link and login to your very own client portal, where you can review your electronic booking documents at any time, review our bridal guide (including all of our timeline, planning tips and day-of recommendations) and begin the photography planning process with a wedding day questionnaire.  This is also the best time to schedule your engagement session (and any “After”, boudoir, or bridal sessions you included in your collection), and set a time and location for each session. Check the bridal guide for portrait session timing and wardrobe recommendations, ask for my location idea list, and let me know if I can help with anything along the way!
